RESERVATION AND CANCELLATIONS CONDITIONS
Deposit
The proprietors reserve the right to request an advance payment to reserve the required accommodation. This payment is deductable from the final invoice.
At La Requisa we request an advance payment of 25% of the anticipated cost of stay to confirm the reservation.
Cancellations
1. A rental property is obliged to inform renters, before entering into a contract, of the cancellation conditions.
2. Cancellation by the renter within 10 days of arrival, the following charges will be applied, unless otherwise agreed:
a) Reservation of 2 days or less, 50% of total cost of stay.
b) Reservation of more than 2 days to 7 days, 35% of total cost of stay.
c) Reservation of more than 7 days, 25% of the total cost of stay.
The above charges will not be applied when the cancellation is a result of ‘force majeure’, duly authorized.
3. The renter has the right to cancel the confirmed reservation, without charge, more than 10 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
Indemnity due to cancellation.
The proprietors of tourist accommodation are required to inform the renter/s, before entering into a contract, of charges applicable as a result of cancellation of reservation.
When a client/clients cancel a reservation before the arrival date, the proprietor reserves the right to charge up to the equivalent 50% of the total cost of the stay, unless otherwise agreed.
